A renovation project was undertaken to transform a traditional townhouse in Bronxville into a modern and stylish living space. The architect chose Warren windows who could not only act as a window consultant that could supply a quality product, but a turnkey full surface.  The key design elements included the window installation of Lepage’s wood clad casement windows.   

The Graphite finish of the Lepage’s casement windows added a sleek and sophisticated touch to the townhouse, while the contemporary sash design and 5/8″ SDL grills provided a modern twist to the traditional divided lite concept. The Technoform black glass spacers enhanced energy efficiency and insulation, while also adding a subtle yet distinctive detail. Satin Nickel hardware complemented the Graphite finish and added a contemporary touch. The renovated townhouse now offers a stylish and functional living environment that seamlessly blends modern design elements with high-quality materials.
