This case study showcases the restoration of a landmark townhouse in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint section.  Warren Windows provided expert consulting on the window selection and installation details.  We were able to preserve and restore its historical charm while incorporating modern upgrades. Lepage’s Red Grandis Solid Wood Windows and doors were selected.  The windows and doors adhered to NYC Landmarks requirements.  The wood window sashes incorporated a custom 1 3/4” wide simulated grills.  The 1^st floor featured radius head sashes.  Lepage’s Mahogany Solid Wood Doors were selected for the rear facade.

The result is a beautifully restored townhouse, combining historical preservation and contemporary efficiency, a testament to craftsmanship and expert window and door installation.
